Items in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days. The production time for made-to-order items is individual for each product. Most items are manufactured within 5-10 business days. See the exact production time on the product pages.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Small items (figurines, vases, table lamps) are delivered within 10-16 days. Large items (wall decor, chandeliers, side tables) are delivered within 18-26 days.
Extra large items (accent chairs, floor lamps, wall art larger than 100 cm) are shipped by sea. Delivery usually takes 1-2 months. We'll notify you when the item arrives in your country. The parcel is delivered to your door by truck.

I am very dissapointed of your shop( No one told me that White cup is absent. I was waiting for My order Almost 2 months and didn't receive second cup. I don't recommend your online shop.

To be honest I was waiting for the delivery really for a long time (2 or 3 months). One of the cups (the black one) is a bit scratched. So can`t say its a good quality of delivering for this price.

Very beautiful
The product is really beautiful but, although I ordered the white with golden handle, I received it with white handle. Now it doesn't pair that well with the black one with golden handle. The shipment took so long that I concluded better not to return it and wait for another.
