2. We send you photos of the item after production and prepare it for shipment.
3. The item is shipped by sea, taking 30-60 days to reach your door.
4. We'll inform you when the item arrives in your country. The item is delivered by truck.
Important: We handle import taxes on our side, ensuring faster customs clearance and no extra costs for you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Small items (figurines, vases, table lamps) are delivered within 10-16 days. Large items (wall decor, chandeliers, side tables) are delivered within 18-26 days.
Extra large items (accent chairs, floor lamps, wall art larger than 100 cm) are shipped by sea. Delivery usually takes 1-2 months. We'll notify you when the item arrives in your country. The parcel is delivered to your door by truck.
