WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Small items (figurines, vases, table lamps) are delivered within 10-16 days. Large items (wall decor, chandeliers, side tables) are delivered within 18-26 days.
Extra large items (accent chairs, floor lamps, wall art larger than 100 cm) are shipped by sea. Delivery usually takes 1-2 months. We'll notify you when the item arrives in your country. The parcel is delivered to your door by truck.

As you can see from the pictures , there's a short little 18" USB cable that's appears to plug into the bottom of the globe. At that length, you can't plug into the wall, not to mention it's a USB cable and doesn't plug into a wall. Hence the cable drapes over the side of the base and causes globe that sits on top of four little foam pads precariously wobbles back and forth. This is mostly because the globe is very light and unbalanced, especially with the added pull of the cable coming out of the globe instead of the base of the lamp, like most lamps do.
I ended up with it temporarily plugged in beside my computer to try and turn it on to see if it worked. There were no instructions on how to turn it on and it took a bit to figure out you had to touch the little pinhead of metal next to the USB connector.
Unless I'm missing some assembly step (again, no instructions), this is not a product that I would place in the room of a small child. Any bump of the dresser and the globe would fall right off. I'm not kidding, it's actually that loose and wobbly.
The box arrived in one piece, nothing was damaged, but some of the styrofoam had disintegrated and left a bit of a mess of static charged little styrofoam confetti. 😄 I'm not complaining about it, just noting it. It did it's job providing protection, just left a bit of a mess.
Fourline didn't seem to have any interest in providing a solution or rectifying the design flaws after several emails back and forth.

Let me explain how to use the lamp. The 'Moon' ball has a battery and can be used as a wireless lamp; it does not have to be kept plugged in all the time. If you want to turn on the lamp while charging, turn the ball so that the wire does not go from the bottom of the ball, but from the back. This makes charging much more convenient.
Regarding the stability of the ball, we will definitely try to improve the design. Thanks again for your feedback. I hope our answer will be useful.

Bought this for my niece, and she's obsessed! Delivery took around 10 days.
Our child loves it, and it's a great nightlight. Wish it had an alarm, but still a winner!
