We currently have a huge demand and we're shipping our orders as quickly as possible. Our current order processing time is 2-4 working days (excluding weekends).

STANDARD SHIPPING

Europe — 12-15 working days;

USA — 15-20 working days;

Rest of the world — 20-25 working days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Please apply to express shipping option by contacting our customer support team before placing order. If you apply to express shipping after placing order, it may be too late — your order may be already sent by standard shipping.

SPECIAL COLLECTIONS

Our limited edition home decor is really worth waiting for. Please note that shipping large figurines as well as items from wall art and lighting collections may take longer.

Our customers are pretty equally distributed worldwide and ideally we would have a distribution centre on each continent. However, that would mean shipping the decor twice. From the factory to the warehouse, and from the warehouse to the customer, resulting in higher CO2 emissions.
Instead, we choose shipping to customers directly from the Fourline Design factory to minimise our carbon footprint.

30 DAY GUARANTEE

Anything you purchase from us comes with our 30 day guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll return your money back. Return shipping should be covered by the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please note we're unable to cancel the shipment after the item is sent. If you'd like to cancel your order after the items are sent, kindly wait for shipment to arrive and refuse receiving it at delivery. In this case, we'll issue a full refund. 

IF THE ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

If the item arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Support team via email: support@fourline.design. Please do not rush to throw the damaged item away — kindly provide its photos so that we could resolve it as soon as possible. No need to return damaged items. 

LOST SHIPMENTS

The parcel is considered as lost if it is in transit for more than 2 months. In this case we can offer to re-ship the item for free or issue a full refund. If the tracking status of the shipment is "Delivered" but you didn't receive the item, we can't issue a refund, only replacement.
