took a few weeks to receive the item, but really like it.
Absolutely love my winged lady.the customer service was excellent too
I took a long time and debated due to mixed reviews about how it would arrive. Arrived quicker than expected but that may have been because it was kicked over from China, box and packaging was trashed, miraculously the damage was minimal but still I’m not too happy it’s a spoilt experience.
Contacted customer service who offered me 10% off another purchase, not happening, don’t want want another sort of ok ornament - such a shame but Customers should not pick up the cost of damaged goods, not a great working model for a Company
I have only one word to describe the “Winged Hat”: PERFECTION. One of my favorite pieces from Fourline. My collection keeps growing and I couldn’t been happier.
