Return Policy

WHAT ARE MY MONEY BACK GUARANTEES?

Everything you buy from us is covered by our 30 day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

If you wish to return your item, please contact us by email: support@fourline.design.

IMPORTANT: Items from the "Sale" collection are non-returnable.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel an order, please contact us by email: support@fourline.design.

Please note that we can't cancel a shipment once it's been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order after shipping, please wait for the parcel to arrive and refuse to accept it upon delivery. In this case, we will refund you 50% of the item price to cover the shipping costs to and from your country. If the shipment has not been refused, we cannot refund you.

If the order is cancelled before shipping, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover the transaction processing costs.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

If the item arrived damaged, please contact us by email: support@fourline.design. Please do not rush to throw the damaged item away — kindly provide its photos so that we could resolve the issue as soon as possible. We can't send a replacement or issue a refund if you don't provide photos. No need to return damaged items. 

Note: Claims for damaged items are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date.

WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT IS IN TRANSIT FOR LONG?

If your shipment is in transit for 60+ days, kindly contact us by email: support@fourline.design. The parcel is considered lost if it is in transit for more than 2 months (3 months for large shipments). We'll re-ship your order for free or will issue a full refund.

Important: If the tracking status of the shipment is "Delivered" but you didn't receive the item, we can't issue a refund, only replacement. 

WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT IS RETURNED?

If the shipment is returned from destination country due to the end of collection period, unsuccessful delivery attempt, wrong address or problems with customs verification, we can issue a 50% refund of the product price (to cover shipping costs to and from your country) or offer to re-ship the item — in this case, the customer should cover the shipping costs.
