We ship directly from various warehouses including Europe, United States and China. We are constantly working on accelerating our shipping speed. Please expect it to become twice as better by March. 

ORDER PROCESSING

We currently have a huge demand and we're shipping our orders as quickly as possible. Our current order processing time is 2-4 days (excluding weekends).

STANDARD SHIPPING

Small items (figurines / vases / tableware):

Europe — 16-20 days
United States — 18-22 days
Near East — 22-26 days
Rest of the world — 20-22 days

Large items (wall decor / lighting):

Europe — 20-24 days
United States — 22-26 days
Near East — 30-34 days
Rest of the world — 24-28 days

Above you can see our average shipping speed. Please note that some shipments may arrive within 7 days, some may take longer due to various factors. If your shipment is in transit for 60+ days, kindly contact our customer support team. The parcel is considered as lost if it is in transit for more than 2 months. We'll re-ship it for free or will issue a full refund.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Please apply to express shipping option by contacting our customer support team before placing order. If you apply to express shipping after placing order, it may be too late — your order may be already sent by standard shipping.

Our limited edition home decor is really worth waiting for. Please note that shipping large figurines as well as items from wall art and lighting collections may take longer.

30 DAY GUARANTEE

Anything you purchase from us comes with our 30 day guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll return your money back. Return shipping should be covered by the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please note we're unable to cancel the shipment after the item is sent. If you'd like to cancel your order after the items are sent, kindly wait for shipment to arrive and refuse receiving it at delivery. In this case, we'll issue a full refund. 

IF THE ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

If the item arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Support team via email: support@fourline.design. Please do not rush to throw the damaged item away — kindly provide its photos so that we could resolve it as soon as possible. No need to return damaged items. 

LOST SHIPMENTS

The parcel is considered as lost if it is in transit for more than 2 months. In this case we can offer to re-ship the item for free or issue a full refund. If the tracking status of the shipment is "Delivered" but you didn't receive the item, we can't issue a refund, only replacement.
